Pastor Mark Grub is passionate about preaching, teaching, evangelism and missions. He is trained and certified in F.A.I.T.H., a leading evangelism program used widely in churches across the country. He has worked along with his father to help build more than 50 chapels throughout Brazil, organizing and leading multiple churches to join together in these efforts. In addition to this, he has lead or initiated volunteer missions in Appalachia, North Carolina, Nicaragua, New Guinea, Brazil, India, Ukraine and parts of Asia.

Pastor Mark has served on various committees for the Chilhowee Baptist Association and the Southern Baptist Convention. Throughout his ministry, his churches have consistently reflected high association baptism rankings and Sunday School growth. In various tenures, he has led both building and debt reduction campaigns.

Pastor Mark has earned the doctor of ministry and master of divinity degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from California Baptist College and is a graduated alum from Everett High School in Maryville, Tennessee.
Pastor Mark has been married to his childhood sweetheart, Alisa, for 35 years. They are best friends and helpmates one to another and partners in ministry. Together, they have two adult children, Megan and Ryan. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, the outdoors, often fishing or hunting, as well as running.
